Due to the high demand for available appointments, we recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date, time and practitioner.

Session Preparation

We are able to direct bill to most major insurers! We offer FREE Parking at both our Brentwood and Metrotown locations. For more information, visit our Client Resource Centre.

Cancellation Policy

• We require 48 hours notice to cancel, reschedule, or change an appointment. Late Cancellations (including appointments cancelled due to lateness) will be charged to the patient at 50% of the appointment cost and No Shows will be charged to the patient at 100% of the appointment cost. Please note that insurers, including ICBC, will not pay for late cancellation or no show fees.
