Cancellation Policy

  • We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations will be charged to the patient at 50% of the appointment cost, and no shows will be charged to the patient at 100% of the appointment cost. Please note that insurers, including ICBC, will not pay for late cancellation fees.
